Terms of Service

By accessing our website, browsing our digital content, or formally scheduling a service through any of our platforms, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and our company. If you do not agree with any part of these provisions, you must immediately cease all access to the website and refrain from utilizing our professional services. These terms apply without exception to all visitors, users, clients, and any third parties who access or interact with our digital or physical service infrastructure.

All estimates provided through our online automated systems or via preliminary phone consultations are strictly non-binding and intended for informational purposes only. A formal, binding quote is only established after a detailed site assessment or a comprehensive review of the project scope by our technical team. We reserve the right to adjust final pricing if the actual scope of work deviates from the initial description provided by the Client, or if unforeseen environmental or structural circumstances are discovered during the execution phase. Formal quotes are valid for a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, after which a re-evaluation of current labor and material costs may be required.

Payment for ad-hoc or one-time services is due in full immediately upon completion of the work, unless a pre-approved recurring service contract is actively in place. We support a variety of payment methods including major credit cards, verified bank transfers, and corporate checks; however, we reserve the right to require a deposit for projects exceeding a specific valuation. Any accounts remaining unpaid beyond 15 days from the invoice date will be considered delinquent and may be subject to a compounding monthly interest charge of 1.5%. For seasonal or long-term contracts, fixed monthly installments are due on the 1st of each month, and failure to remit payment may result in an immediate suspension of scheduled services.

Our operational schedule is optimized to ensure timely service for all clients; therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any non-emergency service appointment. Cancellations made with less than the required 24-hour notice significantly impact our logistical planning and may be subject to a mandatory cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the originally quoted service value. In the event that our team arrives at the designated location and is unable to perform the work due to Client-related obstructions or late-stage cancellations, the full service fee may be charged to cover labor and mobilization costs.

The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that our service teams have unrestricted, safe, and clear access to the designated work areas at the scheduled time. This includes, but is not limited to, unlocking necessary gates, relocating vehicles, and ensuring that driveways or pathways are not obstructed. We shall not be held liable for any service delays or inability to complete work resulting from restricted access or hazardous site conditions not disclosed during the quoting process. For the safety of our personnel and your animals, all pets must be secured indoors or in a separate fenced area for the entire duration of the service window.

While our teams adhere to the highest industry standards of care and professionalism, our company shall not be held liable for pre-existing damages to pavement, underground utilities, masonry, or landscaping features that were not explicitly documented prior to the commencement of work. In the specific context of snow removal, we are not responsible for minor surface scratches or wear caused by heavy machinery interacting with hidden objects obscured beneath the snow. Any legitimate claims regarding property damage directly resulting from our team’s negligence must be submitted in writing, accompanied by photographic evidence, within exactly 24 hours of the service completion to be eligible for internal review.

We continuously strive to improve our operational efficiency and, as such, reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services, including pricing structures and availability, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any resulting price adjustments, service suspensions, or the permanent discontinuance of specific service lines. Furthermore, we maintain the right to refuse service to any individual or entity if the requested work poses an unacceptable safety risk to our employees or if the work environment is deemed hostile or non-compliant with our safety protocols.

These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from your interaction with our company, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our corporate headquarters is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of said jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect. Our failure to strictly enforce any specific right or provision of these Terms at any time shall not be interpreted as a permanent waiver of those rights.
